We run the
auction floor.
VidMonetize was founded in 2018 by a small group of engineers and ad-ops leads who'd spent the previous decade building auction systems, video players, and yield tooling at larger ad-tech firms. We kept seeing the same friction: publishers stuck in waterfalls, buyers blind to where their dollars actually went.
So we built a single auction stack — transparent, fast, and standards-compliant from request to settlement. Today the platform handles billions of impressions a day across video, CTV, banner, and native, with hundreds of integrated buyers and a publisher base we hand-vet ourselves.
Why we built it.
The video ad market is enormous, but the plumbing was never designed to be transparent. Buyers couldn't see hops; sellers couldn't see what fees came off the top; both sides paid for that opacity.
We're profitable, founder-controlled, and not optimizing for an exit. That lets us build for durability — engineering quality, demand that holds up, and customer outcomes that compound year over year.
Most of the team writes code. The auction stack, the dashboard, the SDK and the integration tooling all live under one roof. When something breaks, the people who built it pick up the page.
“Programmatic should be transparent, fast, and fair to both sides of the auction. That's all we set out to build.”
What we hold the line on.
Transparency First
Open SPO, sellers.json, supply-chain visibility on every bid response. Net and gross side-by-side, never hidden.
Sub-100ms Speed
Engineered for global low latency. Auction nodes co-located with the buyers and sellers that matter.
Privacy-Compliant
GDPR, CCPA, GPP, and Privacy Sandbox-ready. Consent strings honored at the auction layer, not at reporting time.
Globally Distributed
Auction nodes on every continent, peering with major tier-1 networks. The bid request never crosses an ocean it doesn't need to.
